My Philosophy: WOA!

W: (Whole Body) I teach a high level of movement quality with all planes of motion (functional). I design total body workouts with a multi-joint approach. Better movement equals better quality everyday life activities.

O: (Ownership) Be excited because you get to physically work towards your goal. Take pride in each exercise and rep that you do instead of simply "getting fit." This kind of approach during your workout can help gain self confidence.

A: (Accountability) I ask that you be prepared for sessions and communicate early and often (acute injuries or schedule conflicts). I will be there every step of the way.
